Laney|From the title you'd think your getting a book on how to grow squash for home use as food. "Winter Squahs & Pumpkins from Seed to Supper" is not this book. The descriptions on growing and harvesing are short and imprecise. However; this said the recipe section is quite good. The book has a good variety of recipes,|About the Author|As a young boy, Jack couldn't wait for school to be out so he could go to grandma's farm. About time he got there, it would be thinning' time in grandma's garden. Jack would follow along behind grandma and pick up most of the rejected seedlings.
